Yang menarik dari novel ini adalah Tere-Liye-sang penulis novel, sangat pandai mengaduk-aduk perasaan pembaca. Penggambaran keadaan peristiwa- peristiwa pun begitu istimewa, seolah-olah kita ikut terlarut di dalamnya. Jika biasanya konflik pada novel ditempatkan hanya di depan, tengah atau di belakang, maka tak henti-hentinya pembaca akan dikagetkan dengan konflik yang selalu hadir. Saya pun cukup kaget dengan konflik yang hadir di akhir novel, membuat hatiku mengharu-biru (mengambil istilah Kang Abik dalam novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta).

Jika Ayat-ayat Cinta kaya akan kehidupan, maka Hafalan Sholat Delisa kaya akan makna kehidupan!
